Free Delivery across the UK
We have FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £50 across the UK (excludes NI/Jersey/Guernsey/Scilly). We aim to deliver to your door in 2-6 working days, more often than not it’s 2 days! If an item is on ‘Back Order’ we will notify you of its expected delivery date by email. Do check your Spam or Junk folder or filter if you don’t hear from us.
Bike delivery across the UK is +£50 fully-built, in a full-sized bike shipping container. (We can also dispatch Bikes worldwide, please CONTACT US for a shipping quotation first)
Unlike many websites selling bikes online, we insist on delivering our bikes – to BS EN ISO 8098 & 4210-2), as per British Standards and Legislation requires us to. Simply fit or turn the handlebars and pedals. We do not deliver part-built bikes.
Collect Bikes In-store
You can opt to collect from our store and take advantage of a FREE rider fit! We only assemble ready-made bikes when they are ordered. Just let us know when you plan to collect (allow approx 3 working days) so we can fully assemble, test and PDI your new bike.
A note about ‘Buying Bikes Online’…
Some websites will sell you a bike without opening the box that was shipped from the factory, forwarding it straight to you. Good luck! Some will assemble, then re-box it. However, we have tested bikes from some of the largest websites, conducting our own PDI, which revealed many errors. You get what you pay for. Out-of-true wheels, machine-tightened hub bearings left far too tight, mis-aligned brakes to name just a few.
Beware a low priced bike. If you read a statement about the need for you to “fine tune the gears and brakes” then the bike is NOT PDI built and is a factory direct bike and YOU will have to build it. Don’t expect a helpful response to issues arising from any build mistakes. We fully build and correctly PDI all our bikes.
As we build all our bikes from a frames up, you won’t have to do anything other than turn the handlebars and fit some pedals! So you want to buy your bike online, but how do you know what size of bike to buy?
