UK delivery and worldwide shipping
We are dispatching all normal orders within 2-3 working days as normal, but for custom-build orders - see here
Royal Mail tracking - Please note that once you have received an email with "order update that your delivery is confirmed, we've accepted your order and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for your updates on your delivery status", followed by your royal mail tracking number, this means your parcel has left our premises and been passed to Royal Mail. In the current situation the tracking may not update. This is beyond our control.
Delivery across the UK
We aim to dispatch in 2-3 working days, more often than not it’s the same day, if ordered before 11am.
Our delivery charges and option are shown in the checkout once your country and postcode are entered.

However, some smaller items have delivery included, which will be outlined on the relevant Product Page.
If an item is on ‘Back Order’ we will notify you of its expected delivery date by email, or you are welcome to Contact us beforehand for an estimated arrival date. Do check your Spam or Junk folder or filter if you don’t hear from us.

European, US and Worldwide Delivery
We deliver across Europe, pricing is displayed in the Checkout. Please note, you do not pay any UK VAT - but there may be additional Import Tax and Duties you will be liable for. If you refuse to take delivery of an order (for any reason) the original shipping fee will not be refunded and you will be liable to a restocking fee of 15%. If the customer has made an error with the shipping address (incorrect or incomplete) we cannot be held liable. For example, small parcels to Europe from £12.99 (parcels upto 2kg weight, if your order is larger, we will contact you) and across the USA from £22.99 (parcels upto 2kg weight, if your order is larger, we will contact you).
