The ultimate kids cyclocross bike!
Kids Racing have consulted with Forme Bikes over a considerable period of time to create the Forme Calver Junior Pro 700c,we believe this is the most advanced children's race bike yet. The Forme Calver Junior Pro 700c, built with the correct HUPcc child-specific components gives them the real-world benefits of lightweight, elite level frameset, powerful disc brakes, thru-axles with replaceable dropouts, internal cabling and a super-low standover, so younger riders can exploit ride-changing, lightweight 700c wheelsets.
The superb adult-sized Forme Calver sets a new standard for Cyclocross bikes, with this new kids version easily matching-up to expectations at just 1.1kg for this XXS 38cm frame - perfect for U8, U10 and U12 riders approx 7yrs old to 11yrs old with its low standover and short top-tube at 49cm.
With HUPcc rider-sized compact drop, short reach and narrow handlebars, short stem, positive-offset rotary seat post, short-reach shifters and narrow Q-factor, short cranks with the right gearing options for kids - these bikes are designed from the ground up to fit small riders properly - no compromise anywhere!
With the lifting of the ban on disc brakes in British Cycling road racing events, a swap of tyres and the Calver Junior Pro 700c is all ready for the road, making it a true 365 days of the year bike, whatever the conditions, whatever the challenge.
The Calver is a pure thoroughbred-racing tool, designed for the specific demands of a Cyclo-Cross race. You will not find any mudguard eyelets, pannier rack mounts or unnecessary weight anywhere here. You will find the underside of the top-tube nicely flattened for shouldering the bike over obstacles.
The Calver Junior Pro 700c is the lightest kids 700c aluminium disc-brake bike on the market and lighter than many adult carbon bikes - just how it should be. It's suitable for both Drop Bar builds for Road, Triathlon and Cyclocross racing OR flat bar builds for MTB XC, Triathlon and Cyclocross events.

We can also fit more upgrades to improve the specification and reduce weight further, such as super-lightweight chains, bottom-brackets and cassettes or groupsets.
