Good luck to all our riders racing on the UCI Gravel World Series this year! We do love a gravel race bike...

As with all competition, it’s driven by performance, so weight, handling and grip are prioritised. Often you will see lightweight carbon wheels (even deep-dish aero) and lightweight race tyres (not too wide, to minimise rolling resistance) and high-spec group sets on gravel race bikes. The HUP evo is the perfect gravel racing weapon.

What is Gravel Racing?

Why limit yourself to tarmac, when you can race the fireroads, trails and single-track too? A change of tyres is all you need for your first gravel race on the HUP evo. We have the kit to either build a dedicated gravel race bike or convert your existing CX bike. We also have athletes racing the UCI Gravel World Series this season, the top-tier UCI gravel series globally, on our HUP evo gravel race bikes, like Tasha Reddy racing for Team Empella below...

When we designed the HUP evo, dual-purpose was the brief. Once the CX season was over (with a change of tyres) it could be converted to a gravel racer easily. But like CX racing, weight matters on gravel races too and the HUP evo leads the weight race, no sweat.
